Finland Talent Boost Program
A recent study found that the scarcity of competent workers in Finland worsens. Finding qualified candidates for open positions is challenging for 81% of Finnish companies. From 70% the year before, this is an increase.
In Eastern Finland, where 85% of companies say locating qualified candidates is challenging, the scarcity could be better. With 83%, 79%, and 75%, respectively, Western Finland, Northern Finland, and Southern Finland follow.
Finland started the Talent Boost Program to meet the labor shortage gap, which seeks talented foreign nationals. It concentrates on industries with a need for more qualified workers. The initiative aims to increase business people and their families’ attraction to Finland. The endeavor aids the administration in reaching its 75% employment goal.
